  • Disposition: Administrative complaint recommended
  • [21-11-4] Sanitizing solution for wiping cloths not free of food debris and visible soil. Observed : the front line sani bucket water was cloudy.
  • [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed : the walk-in cooler has a drip catch pan for water coming out of the condenser. ALSO, under the front line soda counter, 2 water drip pans have an accumulation of water.
  • [36-17-5] Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Observed : base boards/ cove tile pieces are not attached to the wall as you come into the back room.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed the area under the front line hand wash sink right end has an accumulation of debris.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : bulk turkey on the kitchen counter, 50°. The turkey was moved to the walk-in freezer.
  • [38-04-4] Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in walk-in cooler. Observed : no working light in the walk-in freezer.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : meatballs on the front line in the hot well at 119°. The meatballs were reheated to 171° and the hot well turned up.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the ceiling of the front line microwave is soiled with dried food debris. ALSO, multiple soda nozzles have build up.
