- [12A-12-4] Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Employee at cookline breaded raw fish with gloved hands, then proceeded to handle fryer baskets and single-use trays with the same gloved hands. Manager stopped the employee, had him wash hands and put on new gloves, then had the employee sanitize the handles of equipment during this inspection.
- [21-08-4] Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket near cookline quaternary 0ppm. Manager dumped and refilled the sanitizer, then quaternary 200ppm.
- [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of keg cooler and beer cooler in bar area soiled with mold-like substances.
- [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid. Lids of dumpster left open.
- [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor around downstairs ice machine soiled with dirt and/or debris.

Pan containing raw tuna stored in shelf directly above portions of broccoli inside reach-in cooler at cookline. Manager moved the raw tuna to the bottom shelf during this inspection. 2. Package of raw sausage and flat of raw eggs stored on shelf above portion bags containing pickles inside reach-in cooler in storage room. Manager moved both items to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
- [53A-03-7] Food manager certification expired. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at https://www2.myfloridalicense.com/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/ Two ServSafe food manager certificates expired on 10/12/2025 and 11/19/2025.
- [10-06-5] In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Handle of scoop stored down inside panko inside bin at cookline. Manager removed the scoop from the area during this inspection.
- [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Bushel of oysters stored directly on floor in walk-in cooler. Manager placed the oysters on a shelf during this inspection.
