  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Case of crab legs stored on floor in walk in freezer.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Sink at front counter had a pitcher of chloroplast solution stored in it. Employee removed pitcher from sink.
  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed establishment open, operating and engaged in food preparation for guests with an expired license. License expired 6-1-26.
  • [01C-10-4] Clams/mussels/oysters tag removed from original container prior to container being emptied. Observed Case of oysters on ice in walk in cooler with tag removed. Observed bag of muscles at front counter display with tag removed.
  • [35A-01-5] Non-service animals in the food establishment or on premises. Observed a large dog in lobby at front counter. Observed employee take dog thru kitchen and into office during inspection. Employee removed dog from establishment.
  • [53B-02-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
