  • Disposition: Met Inspection Standards
  • [23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed bottom of fry food holding unit soiled with accumulation of food debris employees trained. Discussed with manager that it needs to be clear of food debris.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled floors in back kitchen storage area , close to back door discussed the importance of cleanliness to avoid vermin and pests.
  • [33-31-5] Unnecessary items/unused equipment on the premises. Observed kitchen equipment not being used stored in back kitchen close to the back door,
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Rice 120 hot hold , operator reheated, 2nd temperature taken 146 hot holding. Was unable to get the immediate reheat before it was placed in hot holding.
