  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of window cleaner hanging on rack next to food service gloves. Manager moved to chemical storage during this inspection.

  • [02D-01-5] Working containers of food removed from original container not identified by common name. Bags with cinnamon sugar on dry storage shelf in prep area. Labeled during this inspection.
  • [29-20-5] Standing water or very slow draining water in handwash sink, three-compartment sink, or mop sink. Handwashing sink near hotbox has a slow drain.
  • [42-03-5] Storage of maintenance equipment/tools in areas that may result in cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and/or single-service and single-use articles. Roll of trash bags on shelf over case of ketchup on dry storage shelf next to walk in cooler. Manager moved to storage area during this inspection.
  • [36-17-5] Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Several broken floor tiles throughout kitchen.
