  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. Hand sanitizer dispensed at triple sink handwash sink.
  • [03D-15-4] Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. beans (111F - Cooling for 10 minute at 11:15, 111F at 1:45) cooling in deep filled covered container on stove top. Burner off. At current rate of cooling item will not reach 70F within required 2 hour window. Operator removed top, mixed item, and placed into freezer to cool.
  • [10-08-5] Ice scoop handle in contact with ice stored in cooler at Fresca table. Operator reorganized.
