  • [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw pork stored over ready to eat soup in reach-in cooler in back storage area. Employee removed raw pork to properly store.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray can containing toxic substance stored under front counter below POS next to wapped sleeve of single service to go cups. Operator removed can of Lysol spray to properly stored.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed vegetable wedged on prep shelf soiled with an accumulation of dried food debris.
