  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Multiples flats of raw whole shell egg stored above open containers of opened ready to eat salsa in walk in cooler.
  • [01C-10-4] Oysters tag removed from original container prior to container being emptied.
  • [12B-01-4] Employee eating while preparing food. Observed employee drink from open top Pepsi can while preparing shrimp at prep table.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Queso fresco cheese (60F - Cold Holding) held in container on top of items in flip top above cooling area. Per operator, item was held in cooler for less than 2 hours. Operator moved item to reach in cooler to chill.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Open top Pepsi can stored on kitchen prep table.
