  • [16-33-4] Chemical test kit not used to ensure proper sanitization of equipment and utensils when using a chemical sanitizer. Coach manager.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed mini red cooler stored inside of the handwash sink. Manager removed cooler at time of inspection.
  • [12A-16-4] Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Observed food employee began reheating food to serve to customers without first washing hands.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put on gloves to engage in food preparation without washing hands.
  • [21-07-4] Wiping cloth chlorine sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 10ppm). manager reset Sanitizer Bucket final reading (Chlorine 50ppm).
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed at shelves near reach in cooler. Manager fixes items properly.
  • [29-03-4] Water draining onto floor surface. Observed under the handwash sink.
  • [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Under the handwash sink. Observed water leaking from pipe under handwash.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed large red cooler stored in front of the handwash sink. Coach manager. Manager removed cooler.
