Operator stated they had been there for over 4hrs. Operator disposed of the products willingly.

[10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use spatulas stored in standing 85F water. Operator placed them on the flattop to heat the water.
