Non-continuous cooking of chicken observed in flip top reach-in cooler. Written procedures available however, no documentation available for initial heat/temperature, cooling time/temperatures and final cooking temperature. Operator decided to discontinue non-continuous procedures.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Unlabeled spray bottle with clear liquid by kitchen microwave. Operator identified contents as water and labeled bottle.
