Manager stated the cheese was placed into the cooler from the restaurants walk-in cooler approximately three hours prior and voluntarily discarded it during this inspection.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Interior of three-compartment sink heavily soiled with old food debris.
  • [36-51-4] Building components, attachments or fixtures in poor repair. 1. Screen missing from screen door. 2. Holes rusted into floor near smoker.
  • [35B-05-4] Outer openings not protected during operation and vermin and/or environmental cross contamination present. Door propped open and missing window screen, holes rust pitted in floor. One dead moth on three-compartment sink.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Container of cooking oil stored on floor and used to prop open door to trailer.
  • [29-04-4] Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water. Water running from building into food trailer with nonfood-grade green garden hose.
  • [01B-07-4] Food with mold-like growth. See stop sale. Pan of cut potatoes (fries) covered with mold-like substance inside reach-in cooler.
  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Establishment is open and serving food to the public with an expired license. License expired 06/01/2026. The license was renewed during this inspection.
