  • [32-07-5] Bathroom facility not clean. Both bathrooms
  • [36-22-4] No standing water on floor. Operator sealed interior corner of the wall at the floor and built the floor up with pressure treated wood.
  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor soiled with excessive dirt, leaves throughout establishment.
  • [36-11-4] Operator sealed interior corner of the wall at the floor and built the floor up with pressure treated wood. Operator will raise the floor so there is no water entering the building during high tides. Floors will be smooth, non porous and easily cleanable.

  • [51-16-7] No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Plans on file are not reflective of what the inspector is seeing at the establishment. There are no drain boards by the three compartment sink or splash guard between the hand wash sink and three compartment sink. There are two smokers/ grill outside on the porch on the east side of the building. There is an ice machine and what looks like an old cooler in outside bar area on the West side of the building. 3 small ice makers in kitchen area, and 1 ice maker next to hand wash sink in kitchen area. Spoke to plan reviewer in Tallahassee, Plans were submitted 12/2024 were withdrawn.
