  • [02D-12-1] Juice packaged in the establishment that has not been specifically processed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate the presence of pathogens not bearing a warning label. Observed missing labels for fresh veggie juices that have been processed on site and packaged inside sealed plastic bottles in advance to customer orders. Juices have not been pasteurized. Person in charge discarded them . GM stated they will not be exposed and sold in the same way until they have the correct labels.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed mold like substance on reach in cooler gaskets 2nd floor.
  • [09-17-4] Employee using bare hand contact with nonready-to-eat food (such as raw animal food or flour) unnecessarily without the use of gloves, deli paper, scoops, tongs or other utensils. Observed owner of Shores venue touching the fish with bare hands unnecessarily. Owner was coached and explained about it. He washed his hands and placed gloves on.
