  • [12A-16-4] Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employee discarded trash and left through back door - upon return employee put on gloves and proceeded to handle clean equipment and food containers without washing their hands- educated operator - employee washed their hands.
