  • [03A-03-5] Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed raw shell eggs stored at room temperature on prep table at kitchen. As per operator for less than an hour. Operator placed inside reach in cooler for rapid cooling.
