  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed frozen beef patties on top of the reach in cooler. The manager had the beef and chicken put on the bottom shelf.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the cutting board soiled. Observed the can opener blade soiled.
  • [10-14-5] Ice bucket/shovel stored on floor between uses. The manager put it on a shelf.
