- [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Two spray bottles containing multi surface cleaner stored on shelf in storage area, beside and above cans of beer. Manager removed the chemicals from the shelf during this inspection.

- [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. License expired 06/01/2025. Establishment is open and serving food to the public with an expired license.
- [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. 1. Three reach-in coolers in kitchen at cookline nonfunctional. Establishment is using Time as a Public Health Control as a temporary solution until they can be replaced. 2. Front of reach-in cooler in bar area rusted. 3. Ice machine behind kitchen is nonfunctional.
