Person in charge says floor slopes into that corner and cleaning crew scrubs floor with water and it pools in corner. Discussed importance of removing water with person in charge.
[23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in cooler gaskets and reach in freezer gaskets soiled with black/green mold like substance.

[41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed sanitizer in chemical spray bottle stored above salad reach in cooler. Person in charge moved too ware washing.

[16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no test kit for quart used at triple sink. Observed no test kit for chlorine dish machine.
