[14-09-4] Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable. White cutting boards on cook line.
[01C-03-4] Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. Discussed with chef on duty.
[22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice machine interiors soiled with black and pink substance. Maintenance employee came down and clean and sanitizer the area.
[22-56-4] Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Ran machine multiple rounds and the high temp store recorded was 155F. Discussed using the other high temp machine while the other one is getting serviced.
[14-86-1] Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Discussed with chef on duty. Liners removed.
