  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No hand wash signs at the hand wash sinks in the front counter area and next to the dishwasher.
  • [08A-04-5] Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Raw pork stored over unwashed peppers in the walk in cooler. Employee removed the pork.

Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Trailer is not mounted on wheels, contains a walk in cooler and dry storage area.
  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. No vacuum breaker on the hose bibb next to the three compartment sink.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Slicer blade soiled, employee cleaned the slicer. Dough cutter soiled, employee cleaned the dough cutter.
