  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : butter packs in the reach-in cooler at 49°.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the orange juice nozzle has build up in it. ALSO, there is a spill in the reach-in cooler, waffle batter.
  • [08B-15-4] Whole fruit displayed for self-service not wrapped and no utensils provided. Observed : apples on display for self serve, not wrapped.
  • [53A-07-6] No certified food manager for establishment. A list of accredited food manager certification examination providers can be found at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/DBPR/hotels-restaurants/food-lodging/food-manager/ Observed : lack of a current Certified Food Manager.
  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed : butter packs in the reach-in cooler, 49°. These had been out for breakfast service since 7:00 am.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : multiple sprays including blue window cleaner, stored next to the coffee make. These were moved to cleaning. ALSO, Lysol brand spray in dry storage over tea. This was moved below.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : the area above the orange juice dispenser has wet/dry build up.
  • [28-02-4] Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. Observed : the reach-in cooler fan is dripping water into the reach-in cooler cavity, onto zip loc bags.
