  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed 15 shell eggs under the flat top grill at 85F ambient air temperature. Operator discarded eggs.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed 20 pounds of chicken in plastic storage tbs with no date marking prepared over 24 hours per operator.
  • [23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed door handles on the stainless steel standup reach in double door cooler with soiled handled by the rear door.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed small black freezer blocking hand sink next to the fryers.
  • [53B-13-5] Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Onserved no proof of training for some employees.
  • [08B-04-4] Open condiments provided for self-service not properly protected. Observed containers of chili oil in glass lidded containers with spoons in them left out for reuse on the dining room tables.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed no handled bowl in the bulk rice container to served rice.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed open unlidded drink cup on prep table next to rice cooker.
  • [10-12-5] In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Observed ice scoop on top of the ice machine in the kitchen.
  • [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses.
