Operator removed soap and will only use utility sink to rinse and will wash and sanitize as needed at three compartment sink or dishmachine.
- [46-01-4] Marked exit/path to marked exit blocked. For reporting purposes only. Emergency exit by restrooms blocked by room divider and boxes. Left emergency door totally blocked by cases of water.
