  • [41-27-4] Wiping cloth sanitizer/triple sink sanitizer exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200+ppm) Triple Sink (Chlorine 200+ppm) Operator dumped out half the water and added fresh water to triple sink and sanitizer bucket. Rechecked, 100ppm chlorine sanitizer.
