- [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee wearing a watch while prepping raw chicken on a stick. Employee removed watch.
- [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Case of chicken wings stored on floor in walk in cooler, case of shrimp and grouper stored on floor in walk in freezer. Employee stated he came in at 9:30 and food from truck was received prior to 9:30. Observed food on floor at 11:15 am.
