  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At cook line, multiple reach-in cooler gaskets soiled/stained. At drink stations, undercounter cabinet shelves soiled with residue. On cart near entrance to back kitchen, tray under condiment bottles soiled.
