[24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic cups stacked wet on the dish rack on the front service cook line.
[33-38-4] No waste receptacle installed at handwash sink provided with disposable towels. Observed no trash can near the hand wash sink located in the back prep area.

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed some employees food handling training provided at time of inspection. Spoke to Manager all employees must provide proof by next unannounced inspection.
[29-28-4] Water treatment device has not been inspected or serviced according to manufacturers instructions. Observed no date on the water treatment filter for the ice machine. Spoke to Maintenance will change or find out updated information.
[08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs stored over waffle batter inside reach in cooler located in back prep kitchen.
