  • [29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Observed at kitchen 3 door cooler prep table.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Operator provided paper towels.
  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed at drying racks, clean containers with old labels stuck on them Employee removed old labels from clean containers during inspection.
  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed hose connected under dishwasher second floor kitchen no vacuum breaker.
