  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Case of oil on floor below first aid kit. Employee moved case of oil to shelving.
  • [14-74-7] Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Stand-up reach-in freezer to the right of fryers has ambient air temperature of 71F. Manager states a work order has been placed for repair of the unit.
