[01B-14-4] Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. In reach in cooler at end of cook line, 3 raw shelled eggs with cracked shells. Manager discarded cracked eggs and cleaned other eggs and put in clean pan.
[29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. In bottom of reach in cooler at end of cook line has standing water. Manager had employee clean out reach in cooler of water.
[08B-47-4] Food not stored at least 6 inches off of the floor. In walk-in freezer case of grilled chicken on floor from previous night. Manager put box back onto shelf.
[36-03-4] Cove molding at floor/wall juncture broken/missing. Cove molding broken in mop sink.
[35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found. Observed 4 live flying insects in cabinet in lobby. Manager sprayed cleaner to kill all flying insects and clean out cabinet. Manager also called ecolab and has them coming out today.
[22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave soiled with food debris. Manager cleaned microwave during inspection.
