  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. One sealed package containing raw tuna thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The tuna is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the tuna must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
  • [08B-12-5] Stored food not covered. Open pickle bucket stored on crate in walk-in cooler. Manager covered the bucket during this inspection.
  • [06-09-1] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. One sealed package containing raw tuna thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The tuna is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the tuna must be removed from packaging prior to thawing. Stop sale issued.

  • [12A-05-4] Employee used tobacco, ate, or drank then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee entered the establishment from outdoors, handled personal drink, then handled clean cups in bar area without washing hands. Manager had employee wash hands before continuing to work in bar area.
