  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed plastic cup used as scoop inside the Mamet pulp and the ice. Operator removed them.
  • [40-06-5] Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed a purse stored above the 3 compartment sink.
  • [14-31-5] Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed sliced green peppers stored inside supermarket bags
  • [16-13-5] Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Employee was coached how to sanitize utensils.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed shredded beef cooked on Sunday not date marked inside the reach in freezer..
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed utensils stored inside the hand wash sink. Operator removed them.
  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee wearing watch and bracelet while engaged in food preparation.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed reach in cooler gasket soiled and also hood filter soiled.
  • [53B-16-4] Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by the inability to answer basic food safety questions. Employee did not know how to sanitize utensils. Employee was coached.
