  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed black like substance on the white guard in the ice machine.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed soufflé cup with no handle in the garlic seasoning, owner took out.
  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed.
  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed torn gasket in reach in cooler at front counter.
  • [05-09-4] No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed no ambient thermometer in reach in cooler in the kitchen, owner placed one in there.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed grease and food build up in the kitchen on stove and fryer.
  • [12B-13-4] Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee drink on preparation in the cooler, owner moved.
  • [01B-04-5] Stop Sale issued due to food originating from an unapproved source. Observed 1 mason jar of CBbees Raw Honey and 20 mason jars of local honey from Florida Honey Guy cottage food at the front counter for sale. Owner removed the honey from the shelve.
  • [03F-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. Observed pizza with no date or time mark at the front counter, owner stated was put out ten minutes prior, owner date marked and put a time on it.
