  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Under warmer light at cook line, chicken breast (125F-130F - Hot Holding). Employee stated chicken was cooked 30 minutes prior and dropped back into fryer to bring up temperature.
