Observed cook on cook line remove gloves to pull tickets from printer and ring bell at service window. She then started to put on new gloves. I stopped her and discussed handwashing procedures with her. She washed hands and then placed new gloves on. Observed front service worker remove gloves then take orders and payment with customers. She started to put new gloves on but I stopped her and discussed handwashing procedures with her. She washed her hands and placed on new gloves.
  • [14-09-4] Long white cutting boards attached to pull top reach in cooler on cook line and in front counter area have cut marks and are no longer cleanable.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels provided at handwash sink in front counter service area. Employee replaced.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand washing sink next to Excalibur oven blocked by prep table with stand mixer and fryer oven. Discussed with operator that all handwashing sinks need to be accessible for use at all times.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink in front counter service area. Employee replaced.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign at handwashing sink in back of kitchen next to 3 compartment sink. I gave operator a sign and he posted above sink.
