Florida's 50 Worst-Graded Restaurants

A current statewide watchlist built from public DBPR inspection data and InspectFL's comparison layer.

Rankings reflect the InspectFL Health Score, which is our own calculation based on public DBPR data — not an official government rating. Scores reflect conditions at the time of inspection and may not represent current conditions. Restaurants can and do improve over time.

This page is a statewide watchlist, not a one-off shock list. Right now it surfaces 50 restaurants across 25 cities and 11 counties with the heaviest concentration of critical findings in the current dataset.

Use it to spot patterns, then open the full restaurant page for inspection history, dates, and context. The list is most useful as a starting point for review — not as a final verdict on any restaurant.

What puts a place here

Concentrated critical findings

This list is driven by the heaviest concentration of critical inspection issues in the current dataset — not just one ugly line item or one bad day.

What it does not mean

Not a permanent blacklist

Restaurants can improve quickly after a rough stretch. Always check the inspection timeline before assuming the latest published score tells the whole story.

How to read this list responsibly

Start with the restaurant page, not the rank alone. The main question is whether the record shows a repeat pattern, a severe recent inspection, or an older problem that has already been corrected.

For broader context, compare the surrounding area too. A city page or county ranking often tells you more about local inspection patterns than a single bottom-50 list entry.
