Inspector intervened and spoke to employee while another employee explained to him about removing gloves and washing hands. Employee removed gloves and washed hands.

Observed Chemical dish machine at 0ppm not sanitizing properly. Sanitizer solution was empty. Manager replaced sanitizer. Second test 100ppm.
