  • [29-08-4] Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed employee hand washing sink in disrepair located in kitchen near 3 compartment sink.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed spray bottle containing degreaser with out a label. Employee labeled spray bottles.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed employee hand washing signs not available for handwashing in kitchen area. Inspector will send copy of employee handwashing signs.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed can opener blade soiled with food debris. Employee removed and washed during inspection.
  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee engaging in food preparation wearing a watch.
  • [53B-05-5] Required employee training expired for all employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed all employee food training expired.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed multiple TCS items in walk in cooler without proper dates made previous day with labels month prior to. Employee placed correct dates.
  • [03D-01-5] Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Observed on prep table Rotisserie Cooked chicken (84F - Cooling ) cooked at 12pm not cooled within 2 hours. Employee placed in freezer to rapidly cool chicken.
