Observed the dish machine uses chlorine and is currently at Dishwasher (Chlorine 0.00ppm) the dish washer moved the tube and primed the line now is at Dishwasher (Chlorine 100ppm).
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the cutting board soiled.
