  • [08B-17-4] Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed unwashed tomatoes stored over ready to eat pizza sauce in walk in cooler, manager relocated pizza sauce.
  • [10-08-5] Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop handle laying on ice in ice machine. Operator moved ice scoop.
