Manager stated that all food had been in cooler overnight, no temperature checks had been conducted, manager could not tell how long food had been out of temp.

- [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand was sink in food prep area blocked by large bottle of cleaner. Operator relocated clearer.
- [08B-17-4] Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Observed unwashed tomatoes stored over ready to eat pizza sauce in walk in cooler, manager relocated pizza sauce.
- [10-08-5] Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop handle laying on ice in ice machine. Operator moved ice scoop.
