- [16-62-1] No measuring device available for measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishmachine. Observed no measuring thermometer or strip to check dishwasher temperature machine.
- [38-12-4] Missing light shields on top of the reach-in cooler across dry storage and the light fixture above the nearby employee table.
- [35B-01-4] Observed exterior door has a gap at kitchen exit door.
- [14-11-5] Damaged or deteriorating gaskets were observed on all refrigeration units throughout the kitchen, including the walk-in cooler, elk in freezer, reach-in coolers, and reach-in freezer. Additionally, a reach-in cooler located across from the kitchen exit is improperly elevated using can as a makeshift leg.

- [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled gaskets at reach in cooler inside kitchen area.
