- [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. In the Nashville seasoning, a small ramekin was stored inside and used to dispense the food. The item was removed.
- [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. In the large prep sink, frozen chicken was thawing in standing water. The chicken was removed from the standing water to the walk in cooler to hold until the prep cook is ready to prep it.
