  • [01B-40-1] Stop Sale issued. Fish reduced oxygen packaged on premises, or commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish labeled with instructions to remain frozen until time of use, not held frozen. (7) portions of commercially processed ROP grouper observed fully thawed, while still in packaging, inside the walk-in cooler.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Wet nesting observed on blue drink cups at server wait station.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Single service styrofoam bowl used as a scoop in the cooked rice container inside the reach-in deli cooler at cook line. Bowl was removed.
  • [41-27-4] Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. QAC wiping cloth solution testing at 500 ppm. Manager instructed employee to prepare new sanitizer bucket. Retested at 200 ppm
  • [06-09-2] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. See stop sale. (7) portions of commercially processed ROP grouper observed fully thawed, while still in packaging, inside the walk-in cooler.
  • [29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Standing water in the bottom of reach-in cooler across from cook line
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Sugar, rice and pasta stored on the floor in the dry storage room. Manager relocated items for safe storage.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand wash sink at cook line blocked by trash can. Can was removed for access.
