- [32-23-5] Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly. In mens restroom, not able to flush toilet, stuffed with paper towels.
- [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. At drink station, spindle mixer has encrusted splatter residue on top plate by spindle.
