  • [03D-15-4] Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. On cart at cook line, wings (91F - Cooling 1.5 hours 89f after 20 minutes). Wings sitting out at room temperature in large deep metal pan. Wings will not reach 70f within 2 hours per cooling calculator. Operator heated wings to 165f to restart cooling process.

  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Outside by back door, hose bibb missing backflow preventer with hose attached. Also, at mop sink with splitter added, back preventer at end of faucet, needs to be at end of splitter before black hose.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. At dry storage, paper cups used as scoops in multiple seasoning containers. Operator removed cups.
  • [32-23-5] Toilet/urinal not flushing/functioning properly. In mens restroom, not able to flush toilet, stuffed with paper towels.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. At lower shelf by drive thru window, spray bottle of multi surface cleaner stored next to cookies with nozzle pointed over cookies. Operator moved chemical.
  • [33-19-4] Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Build up of debris on ground in dumpster enclosure
  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found. Observed 2 flying insects in kitchen area.
  • [53B-02-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for employee hired more than 60 days ago. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. One employee present, hired 5 months per employee, no employee training certification available.
