Observed frozen fish in the process of being thawing inside sealed vacuum bags. Person in charge coached the employees and removed the fish patties from the bag immediately.

- [10-17-4] In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. Employee washed the knives.
- [12B-12-5] Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drinking coke from open container .
