- [01B-17-5] Time/temperature control for safety food required to be date marked is not date marked and time of opening/preparation cannot be determined. See stop sale. Date mark missing on container of coleslaw inside reach-in cooler near cookline. The container is labeled "Use First". Neither employee is able to determine when the coleslaw was made.
- [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. One employee handling food at cookline with watch on wrist.
- [41-07-4] Container of medicine improperly stored. Two bottles of medicine and one aerosol can containing medicine stored on shelf directly beside box of tortillas at kitchen entrance. An employee removed the tortillas from the area during this inspection.

To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Three employees hired on 03/11/2026, 03/16/2026, and 04/06/2026. Manager stated all three employees handle food and have not had their food handler training yet.

- [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Flat of raw shell eggs stored on shelf directly above heads of lettuce inside reach-in cooler at cookline. Manager moved the raw eggs to another shelf during this inspection.
