  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed : the front line gasket is torn.
  • [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed : ceiling tiles and vents are soiled.
