Observed 8 fillets of white fish completely thawed inside ROP bag inside drawer reach in by stove. A stop sale was issued.
[22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Observed soiled interior for microwave in kitchen area.
[14-86-1] Non-food grade paper/paper towel used as liner for food container. Observed cotton cloths lining cut lettuce and kale inside the reach in cooler under prep table.
[08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw ground beef over ready to eat food products in deli containers. Also observed raw salmon and fish over cheese, cut lettuce and other food items inside RIC drawer across stove.
