  • [22-16-4] Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed interior of reach in cooler shelves soiled with food debris.
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed prepared onsite meat inside flip-top cooler without date mark and person in charge does not know when it was produced. Observed product with visible mold like substance.
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed no proof of any food handler training for bar and food staff.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets on flip-top cooler soiled with food debris.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no chemical test kits for quat tablets.
  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed prepared onsite meat inside flip-top cooler without date mark and person in charge does not know when it was produced.
  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed reach in freezer ice build up.
